The network access in the dorms will change on Thursday, September 22nd 2016. The new connectivity method is based on network level authentication which is superior the previously used VPN.We recommend setting up your computer on this day, on which our support centers will provide extra support. For a while, the old connectivity method will remain operational.

Wired communication can be used in the following dormitories:

How to Connect?

• Windows:
• Downlaod and install Huji1x-1.0.6.exe
• Connect your computer with a cable to the port
• An Authentication window should appear. Type your user%ra user and password


• Macintosh:
• Connect your computer with a cable to the port
• An Authentication window should appear. Type your user%ra user and password


• Manual setup guides:
• Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 / Windows 10

   

Reset the stored information of Username and Password

• Windows:
• Downlaod and install Huji1x-1.0.6.exe
• Connect your computer with a cable to the port
• An Authentication window should appear. Type the new user%ra user and password

• Macintosh:
• Goto Applications-->Utilities-->Keychain Access
• Type 802 in the Search field and hit return
• Right Click on the result and choose delete



• Connect your computer with a cable to the port
• An Authentication window should appear. Type the new user%ra user and password

In order to connect to HUJI-NetX, download and run: HUJI_WiFi1.0.6.exe

Type your user%ra and password in the authentication window.
