Frequency of fetching new mail
Most mail clients (Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora,
etc.) allow the user to set the polling period for checking new mails,
i.e. setting automatically the process of checking and fetching
new messages from the server.
Please do
not set this value below 10 minutes, as frequent polling from a lot
of clients slows down our servers and may cause the client to report
error messages. Use the following guides in order to change the polling
settings.
