Step 1
Click Start and then click on the search bar.

Step 2
In the search bar type autoplay A list of search results should appear. Select AutoPlay from the list by clicking on it.

Step 3
At the top of the page, uncheck the checkbox next to "Use AutoPlay for all media and devices".
