Installing Virex 7.7

warning

If you have already installed Virex 7.5 and your mail client is Eudora - beware: certain viruses that are found by the mailbox active scanner can destroy your mail box. Reinstall Virex 7.7.

  • Uninstall any previous anti-virus software.

  • Restart your computer

  • Close ALL running applications.

  • Double click VRX77LML.zip

  • Double click Virex 7.7.dmg

  • Click the Virex 7.7 mounted image (below your hard drive image)

  • Double click Virex.pkg

Step

 

  • Click Continue

 

Step

 

  • Click Continue.

 

Step

 

  • Click Continue

 

Step

 

  • Click Continue.

 

Step

 

  • Click Agree.

 

Step

 

  • Click on your hard drive icon.

  • Click Continue.

 

Step

 

  • Click Install.

 

Step

 

  • Type your Mac Os X password.

  • Click OK.

 

Step

 

  • Click Continue Installation.

 

Step

 

  • Click Restart.
