Microsoft Office 2016 Professional - Installation Guide



Pre-Installation
  • Uninstall any previous Microsoft Office versions - Uninstall instructions
    * Please note that new computers come with built in Office which needs to be uninstalled

Step
  • An e-mail with a link for downloading Office was sent to you.
    Press the link and save the file.
  • After download is complete, double click the .zip file to open it.

Step

 

  • Select all files and click Extract or drag the files to a folder

Step
  • Double click setup.exe (it's in the folder you dragged the files to in the previous step).

Step

 

  • Choose: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016
  • Click המשך

  • Check אני מקבל את תנאי הסכם זה
  • Click המשך

  • Click התאמה אישית
Step

 

  • Check languages you wish to install
  • Click עברית
    • ואנגלית
  • Click התקן כעת if you wish to install just the default programs. Otherwise go to the next step.

Step

 

  • Choose אפשרויות התקנה if you wish to change the default setup.
  • Make the changes you want to the default setup.
  • Click התקן כעת.
Step

 

  • Click Close

Step
  • Go to Contol Panel -> Programs -> Programs and features

  • Click on Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016

  • Click on Change

Step

 

  • Select הזן מפתח מוצר

  • Click המשך

Step
  • Type your Product Key

  • Click המשך
