MATLAB R2020a Standalone- Installation Guide for Windows

NOTES:

• MATLAB installation requires typically hard drive space of 5 to 8 GB. A full installation is 31 GB
• Supported Systems: Windows 64 bit 10, 7 SP1, Server 2019, Server 2016
• 32 bit systems are not supported.
• Prior to installation please make sure you have received an email message from MathWorks with your email address and MathWorks password.

Unzip the folder downloaded.

How to decomperss a zip file on Windows 8

Step 1
After downloading a .zip file and opening it, the list of compressed file should appear. The tab Compressed folder tools is chosen automaticlly, if not - choose it. Click Extract all.

Step 2
Choose a destenation folder (optional, you can keep default). Click Extract.

Step 3
This window should appear and afterwards the list of decompressed files.

• Open the extracted folder and double click on matlab_R2020a_win64_sa.exe.
  
  

• Enter the Email address of your MathWorks account.


• Click Next.
  

• Enter your Mathworks password


• Click on Sign In
  

• Mark Yes.


• Click Next.
  

• Mark MATLAB (Designated Computer)
  


• Click Next
.

• Select a destination folder.


• Click Next
.

• Select the products you wish to install
  
  
• Click Next.

• Click Next.

• Click Begin Install
  

• Click Close. You installation has been completed.
