Renewing Jmp 15 Windows and Macintosh

 
 

 

  • Windows users will download the SID file JMP150_9CCRV7_51700561_Win_X64.txt and Macintosh users will download the SID file JMP150_9CCRVB_51700562_OSX_X86-64.txt
  • Save to a convenient spot.
  • Windows users should open JMP by right clicking on the icon and choosing Run as Administrator.
  • Macintosh users should double click on the JMP icon.

  • If your JMP license is past your expiration date, the first screen you see at JMP launch is a message that your JMP license is expired.
    1. Click Open License.
    2. At the prompt, navigate to where you saved the SID file.
    3. Click Open.
    4. Enter an Administrator Name and Department if you desire.
    5. Click OK.

  • If your JMP license has not expired, you must start the renewal process manually.
    1. From the Help menu, select Renew License.
    2. In the resulting, Renew Your JMP License window, click Open License.
    3. At the prompt, navigate to where you saved the SID file.
    4. Click Open.
    5. Enter an Administrator Name and Department if you desire.
    6. Click OK.
