Setting up username & password for OTP
Mac os 9 guides

Dialup modem / ADSL Alcatel Usb

  • Go to the Apple Menu in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. Choose Control Panels, and choose Remote Access.

  • In the user name field type your ID number%ra.
    For example: 98765432%ra

  • If you are connected via ADSL type:
    ID number%ra@huji
    For example: 98765432%ra@huji

  • Your ID number should match the one that appears in your pay slip/student's payment book. Type only 8 digits without the control digit.

  • In the password field type a full OTP password.
    Type first your activation code and then the generated password which appears on your OTP card's display.

  • Mark the Save Password option.

 


ADSL Samsung/ECI

  • Open MacPoET.

  • In the user name field type your ID number%ra.
    For example: 98765432%ra

  • If you are connected via ADSL type:
    ID number%ra@huji
    For example: 98765432%ra@huji

  • Your ID number should match the one that appears in your pay slip/student's payment book. Type only 8 digits without the control digit.

  • In the password field type a full OTP password.
    Type first your activation code and then the generated password which appears on your OTP card's display.

  • Mark the Save Password option.
    Don't mark it if you are connected via cables.



Cables / ADSL Home Alcatel - Ethernet

  • Open TunnelBuilder Settings.

  • In the user name field type your ID number%ra.
    For example: 98765432%ra

  • If you are connected via ADSL type:
    ID number%ra@huji
    For example: 98765432%ra@huji

  • Your ID number should match the one that appears in your pay slip/student's payment book. Type only 8 digits without the control digit.

  • In the password field type a full OTP password.
    Type first your activation code and then the generated password which appears on your OTP card's display.

  • Mark the Save Password option.
    Don't mark it if you are connected via cables.
