Step

 

  • Load Thunderbird

  • Click Tools

  • Click Account Settings...

 

Step

 

  • Click the button: Add Account...


Step

 

  • Mark Email account

  • Click Next

Step

  • Your Name : Type your full name

  • E-mail address : Type your full mail address in the format: user@savion.huji.ac.il
  • Click Next

Step

 

  • Mark POP

  • Incoming Server : Type pm.savion.huji.ac.il
  • Click Next

Step

 

  • Incoming User Name: Type your username in Savion

Step

 

  • Account Name: Type Savion or any other name you wish

  • Click Next

Step

 

  • Click Finish


Step

 

  • Click Server Settings from the left pane

  • Port: Type 995

  • User secure connection : Mark SSL

  • Click Outgoing Server (SMTP) from the left pane

Step

 

  • Server Name: Type outmail.huji.ac.il

  • Click OK

  • Click OK in the next window
