POP/IMAP HUJImail - Troubleshooting
1) Make sure you've enabled POP/IMAP in your HUJImail account:
- Login to your account through the site: http://mail.huji.ac.il
- Click on Settings
- Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP
- Mark enable POP/Imap
- Scroll to the end of the page and click: Save Changes
2) Use your full HUJImail adress:
- Make sure you always enter your full mail.huji.ac.il address when typing
your username
3) Locked Captcha
- If you still get an error, it is possible your POP/IMAP password
is locked
- Quit all mail clients on all computers trying to access HUJImail.
- Connect from the problematic computer to the site: https://www.google.com/a/mail.huji.ac.il/UnlockCaptcha
- Type your username (only username - not full address) and password
- Click on Unlock
