Setting up username & password - Windows guide

Step 1

     

  • Click Start-> (All) Programs-> Accessories-> Communications -> Network connections/ Dial up networking

  • Double click your connection icon

Step 2

  • Disconnect your connection (if it's active)

  • In the user name field type your username%ra

  • If you are connected via ADSL type:
    username%ra@huji

  • In the password field type
    your password (remember that you need to change the password every three months)
    or type a full OTP password (activation code + generated password from the card)

  • Mark Save Password

Step 3

     

  • If the User name and Password window does not appear, right click your connection icon and choose Properties.

  • Click the Option tab

  • Check the Prompt for name and password

  • Click OK

  • Go back to step 2
