Today's topics:
- Modems numbers change.
- Hebrew university proxy.
o Modems numbers change: On Monday 13/1/97 all modems currently
located on 5671221 will be moved to the older leading number
6540303; from that date the 5671221 number is canceled. Thus, the
following modems numbers are valid:
02-6540303 - for all modems.
02-5671211 - for short calls up to 15 minutes.
o Hebrew university proxy: To remind you, the Hebrew university has a
WWW proxy which can be used by all users of the university. In
order to use it, open the "options" menu, and then at the "HTTP
PROXY" enter "wwwproxy.huji.ac.il", and at the port enter 8080 (for
MSexplorer version 2.0 enter "wwwproxy.huji.ac.il:8080".
