Today's topics:
- Dial back service "market survey".
o Dial back survey: The computation center is going to supply modem
dial back services within a few months. This service is intended
for those who have independent budgets inside the university, and
would like to charge them for their modem use. In order to do so,
you call the university and request a dialback. The dialback is
done by charging the call to your university's phone, thus the
dialback bill is merged inside your phone bill. This ofcourse works
only for those that pay their phone bill from their own budget, or
from the department budget.
This service is available for modems and not ISDN access.
Note: We estimate this service would cost about 100 NIS per year
for the registration and the administration process.
