Setting Up POP
Outlook 2007

 

Step

 

  • Load Outlook

  • Choose Account Settings ... from the Tools menu

Step

 

  • Click New...

 

Step

 

  • Mark: Microsoft Exchange, POP3, ot HTTP

  • Click Next

 

Step

 

  • Mark Manually configure server settings or additional server types

  • Click Next

Step

 

  • Mark Internet E-mail

  • Click Next

Step
  • Your Name: Type your full name

  • E-mail address :

  • Account Type: Choose POP3

  • Incoming Server :

  • Outgoing Mail Server: Type outmail.huij.ac.il

  • User Name:

  • Password: Type your password

  • Click More Settings

Step
  • Click on the Advanced tab

  • Mark Leave a copy of messages on server

  • Mark Remove from server after and choose maximum 7 days

  • Click OK

Step
  • Click Next

Step

  • Click Finish
