"Checking mail" preferences
Outlook Express Windows

Step 1

     

  • Load Outlook Express

  • Go to the Tools menu and choose Options...

Step 2

  • Check for new messages every..:
    The minimum frequency you may asign for mail polling is 10 minutes.

  • Click OK.
