POP/IMAP HUJImail - Troubleshooting

1) Make sure you've enabled POP/IMAP in your HUJImail account:

  • Login to your account through the site:
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP
  • Mark enable POP/Imap
  • Scroll to the end of the page and click: Save Changes

2) Use your full HUJImail adress:

  • Make sure you always enter your full address when typing your username

3) Locked Captcha

  • If you still get an error, it is possible your POP/IMAP password is locked
  • Quit all mail clients on all computers trying to access HUJImail.
  • Connect from the problematic computer to the site:
  • Type your username (only username - not full address) and password
  • Click on Unlock
